Return and Refund Policy.

At 1Up Shift Gears, customer satisfaction is our priority.  Because our products range from hight value custom wheels to handcrafted goods, return terms vary by product type, as outliine below:

  • Custom and made to order items. all custom besopke, and made to spec products, including custom order wheels, are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • In Stock wheels set maybe returned within 14 days of delivery only if unmounted, uninstalled, and in original, resalable condition with all packaging and accessories.  A 20% (twenty percent) restocking fee applies to cover inspection and repackaging.  The customer is responsible for return shipping. 
  • Once wheels have been mounted, installed, or show signes of use, wheels will not be acceptable for returns.
  • Bags and general merchandise, Unused items in orginal condition maybe  returned within 30 days of delivery.  The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Manufacturere defects and warranty.  1 Upshift Gears is an authorized retailer.  Genuine manufacturing defects, such as structural warping or forging flaws, are cover under the manufacturer's warranty.  For any suspected defect, contact RVRN at returns@1upshiftgears.com and sales@rvrnwheel.com, so we can resolved the issue as soon as possible.
  • Damaged in transit.  if you r order arriveds damaged, contact us wthin 48 hours of delivery wiht photos.
